Yuzhou Group Holdings Company Limited (Yuzhou Group) has disclosed a change in the registered name of its external auditor. Effective 21 August 2026, the auditor’s English name transitions from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while the Chinese name changes from 「栢淳會計師事務所有限公司」 to 「思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司」.

The Board confirmed that apart from the renaming, all existing audit engagements and related responsibilities remain intact. The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 25 August 2026 and signed by Chairman Ms. Kwok Ying Lan.
