Jiangxi Qiyunshan Food Co., Ltd. (Qiyunshan Food) announced a proposal to implement “H-Share Full Circulation”, converting 75.00 million unlisted domestic shares into overseas-listed H shares. The conversion volume accounts for 75.0% of the company’s total issued share capital as of 26 August 2026.

The board has approved the initiative in accordance with the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s (CSRC) “Trial Administrative Measures for Overseas Securities Offering and Listing by Domestic Companies” (effective 31 March 2023) and the updated “Guidelines on Application for ‘Full Circulation’ of Domestic Unlisted Shares of H-Share Companies” (amended 10 August 2023).

Key procedural points: 1. The conversion and subsequent listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) require filing with the CSRC and approval from HKEX. 2. Under the company’s articles of association and PRC regulations, no shareholder meeting is required for this process. 3. As of the announcement date, Qiyunshan Food has not yet submitted the application documents to the CSRC or HKEX.

The company will release further updates as regulatory reviews progress. Investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities until formal approvals are obtained.
