SHENZHEN INVEST (00604) has announced the formal establishment of its Sustainability Committee, effective from 27 August 2026.
The newly formed committee comprises two executive directors, namely Mr. Wang Yuwen and Mr. Yan Zhongyu, along with one independent non-executive director, Professor Gong Peng.
Mr. Wang Yuwen has been appointed as the Chairman of the Sustainability Committee.
