YUNJI Converts 7.15 Million Unlisted Shares into H Shares, Lifting Listed Float by 11.5%

Beijing Yunji Technology Co., Ltd. (YUNJI) disclosed a material change in its share capital on 26 August 2026. The company converted 7.15 million unlisted ordinary shares into the same number of H shares, an action previously flagged in announcements dated 18 November 2025, 21 July 2026, 25 August 2026 and 26 August 2026.

Pre-conversion, YUNJI had 62.19 million H shares in issue (excluding 0.41 million treasury shares). The conversion increased the listed share count by 11.50%, taking the outstanding H-share total to 69.35 million. Treasury shares were unchanged at 0.41 million, bringing total issued shares to 69.75 million.

All unlisted ordinary shares—previously numbering 7.15 million—have now been fully converted, leaving no remaining unlisted shares on the company’s register.

The board confirmed that the conversion complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 13.25A requirements and that all requisite regulatory filings and authorisations have been completed. No share repurchases or on-market sales of treasury shares occurred during the period covered by the disclosure.
