POWERLONG Announces Heidi to Assume Role of Sole Company Secretary

Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited (POWERLONG) (HKEX: 01238) has announced that Ms. Leung Wai Yan has tendered her resignation from the positions of Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, effective from June 30, 2026.

The Board of Directors further announced that following Ms. Leung's resignation, effective from the same date, the other Co-Company Secretary, Ms. Heidi, has been confirmed by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong as meeting the qualifications for company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. She will assume the role of the company's sole Company Secretary and has been appointed as an Authorized Representative.

Concurrently, Ms. Ng Sau Mei has been appointed as the Legal Process Agent.
