Ms. Zhang's resignation is effective upon the company's receipt of a waiver letter from the Hong Kong Exchange regarding the appointment of the new Joint Company Secretary.

Mr. Zhao Mingjing has been appointed to fill these positions, taking on the roles of Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Agent for Service of Process and Notices. His appointment also becomes effective once the waiver letter is granted by the Hong Kong Exchange.
