JB Foods (BEW) reported that all items on the agenda were approved at its Annual General Meeting held on Jul, 29 2026 at the Tee Yih Jia Food Hub in Singapore.

Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026 and endorsed a final tax-exempt cash dividend of 4.50 Singapore cents per ordinary share.

The meeting re-elected Independent Chairman Lim Tong Lee and Vice-Chairman Dr Goi Seng Hui to the board. A total of 0.189 million Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for the year ending Mar, 31 2027 was approved for quarterly payment.

Auditor BDO LLP was re-appointed, and directors were authorised to issue new shares and convertible securities of up to 50% of issued share capital, with a 20% limit for non-pro-rata issues. Shareholders also renewed the company’s interested-person transaction mandate; controlling shareholder Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing and Dr Goi Seng Hui abstained from voting on this item.

Management told investors the Ivory Coast cocoa processing project remains on budget and on track for commissioning, and reiterated that dividend decisions consider profitability, cash needs and future growth plans.

The AGM was declared closed after addressing all questions from shareholders.
