HAITIAN FLAV (03288) has released its interim results for the first half of 2026, posting revenue of RMB 16.146 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.01%. The core seasoning business contributed RMB 15.352 billion in revenue, up 5.43% from the prior year. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 4.190 billion, marking a 7.13% improvement, with earnings per share standing at RMB 0.72.

During the January-to-June period, revenue from offline channels totaled RMB 14.380 billion, reflecting a 4.81% year-on-year rise. After more than two decades of development, the company has established a nationwide distributor network and robust terminal reach in the offline segment. The company has prioritized strengthening its traditional channels, enhancing density through a secondary build-out of its capillary network and leveraging digital marketing tools and technologies to connect with lower-tier markets.

Growth in emerging channels has been driven by a focus on online and industrial segments. Online revenue for the first half of 2026 amounted to RMB 972 million, up 15.45% year-on-year, while new channels, particularly the food industry sector, also showed solid progress. Over recent years, traditional and emerging channels have developed a mutually reinforcing dynamic: the carrying capacity of traditional channels provides fulfillment support for new avenues, while online and industrial tracks unlock additional business opportunities and strengthen the company's ability to serve customers comprehensively.

The gross margin for the period stood at 40.2%, up 0.9 percentage points from 39.3% in the same period last year. This improvement was primarily driven by upgrades in intelligent manufacturing and process refinements that boosted production efficiency and optimized the cost structure.
