7Road to Seek Shareholders’ Nod for 10% Share Repurchase Mandate at 4 September 2026 EGM

Bulletin Express
Aug 17

7Road Holdings Limited has issued a proxy form convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 4 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Shenzhen.

The sole ordinary resolution to be tabled authorises the board to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued share capital, excluding any treasury shares.

Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to vote on their behalf; forms must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 11:00 a.m. on 2 September 2026. Attendance in person will supersede submitted proxies.

The proposed mandate would refresh the company’s capacity to buy back shares, providing management with flexibility over capital structure decisions ahead of future market conditions.
