Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. (CFMEE) announced that, with effect from 26 August 2026, the company will adopt a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
The initiative covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, quarterly reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms (collectively, “Corporate Communications”). Both English and Chinese versions will be uploaded to the company’s website (www.cfmee.cn) and the HKEX disclosure platform (www.hkexnews.hk). No printed copies will be mailed to non-registered shareholders unless specifically requested.
CFMEE will not issue separate notifications when new documents are posted online. Non-registered shareholders are therefore urged to monitor the company’s website or subscribe to the free “News Alert” service on HKEXnews for timely updates.
Shareholders who prefer hard copies can submit a written request to the company’s H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 9630-ecom@vistra.com. The printed-copy mandate remains valid until the end of each financial year unless revoked or superseded.
For “Actionable Corporate Communications” (e.g., dividend election forms, rights-issue applications, takeover or buy-back acceptances), non-registered shareholders must coordinate directly with their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure receipt and execution.
Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays), or via email to 9630-ecom@vistra.com.
