Strawbear Entertainment Announces Company Secretary Resignation and New Representative Appointments

Strawbear Entertainment Group disclosed a series of senior administrative changes effective 26 August 2026. Joint Company Secretary Zhang Xiao resigned from her posts as (1) Joint Company Secretary, (2) Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and (3) Process Agent under Listing Rule 19.05(2) and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. Zhang confirmed no disagreements with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention stem from her departure.

Following the resignation, fellow Joint Company Secretary Zhai Fang—already meeting the Listing Rule 3.28 requirements—will continue as the sole Company Secretary.

The board appointed Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Liu Xiaofeng as the new Authorised Representative, while Yip Man Wai assumes the role of Process Agent, both appointments commencing 26 August 2026.

Strawbear’s board expressed gratitude for Zhang Xiao’s contributions throughout her tenure. The company’s board composition remains unchanged, comprising two executive directors (Liu Xiaofeng, Zhai Fang), two non-executive directors (Wang Xiaohui, Liu Fan), and three independent non-executive directors (Zhang Senquan, Ma Zhongjun, Chung Chong Sun).
