Seazen Holdings H1 2026: Revenue Contracts 20% but Operating Cash Flow Rallies 188%

Seazen Group Limited (parent) disclosed unaudited interim figures for its Shanghai-listed subsidiary Seazen Holdings for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

At period-end, Seazen Holdings’ total assets slipped 3.00% from 31 December 2025 to RMB 257.68 billion, while net assets attributable to shareholders edged up 1.43% to RMB 62.48 billion.

Revenue came in at RMB 17.64 billion, a 20.16% year-on-year decline. Net profit attributable to shareholders fell 5.15% to RMB 0.85 billion. After excluding non-recurring items, net profit stood at RMB 0.89 billion, down 6.42%.

Earnings per share dropped to RMB 0.38 from RMB 0.40 a year earlier, and the weighted average return on net assets moderated to 1.37% from 1.46%.

Despite softer top-line and profit performance, liquidity improved: net cash generated from operating activities surged 188.42% to RMB 0.82 billion.
