Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (“CREALITY”, HKEX: 03388) has resolved to bid for land-use rights in the South China Logistics Park Area, Minzhi Subdistrict, Longhua District, Shenzhen. The parcel will underpin the construction of the company’s planned additive manufacturing headquarters and innovation centre.

The proposed land acquisition will be pursued through a public tender conducted by Shenzhen’s land authorities. CREALITY has not yet signed any formal agreements, and the outcome depends on successful bidding and subsequent government approvals. Specifics such as land area, planning parameters and the final premium will be confirmed in the tender documents.

Total investment for the headquarters project, inclusive of the land transfer premium, is capped at RMB0.55 billion. The company intends to fund the expenditure through a mix of internal resources and external financing.

The facility is designed to consolidate CREALITY’s research and development, product innovation, application development, customer service and corporate management functions, supporting long-term expansion in consumer-grade 3D printing and related services.

Board approval was granted on 26 August 2026. Based on current estimates, the transaction’s highest applicable percentage ratio under Hong Kong Listing Rules exceeds 5% but remains below 25%, classifying it as a disclosable transaction subject to announcement requirements only. CREALITY will release further updates as the tender process advances.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities, as the proposed acquisition and project remain contingent on successful tender and regulatory clearance.
