Fullshare flags interim turnaround to loss of up to RMB20 million amid one-off and valuation hits

Fullshare Holdings Limited has issued a profit warning indicating that the Group expects to report a net loss of no more than RMB20.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reversing from a net profit of approximately RMB179.00 million in the prior-year period.

Management attributes the anticipated downturn to three main factors: 1. Absence of the RMB105.00 million one-off gain booked in 1H 2025 from the disposal of a subsidiary. 2. Higher net impairment losses on financial assets and financial guarantee contracts, rising to about RMB205.00 million from RMB145.00 million a year earlier. 3. A RMB51.00 million loss from fair-value changes in mainland China investment properties, compared with no such loss in the comparable period.

The company noted that a key Hong Kong–listed subsidiary continued to deliver an unaudited profit contribution broadly in line with 1H 2025, but this was insufficient to offset the adverse items.

Fullshare is finalising its interim results, which remain subject to review by the audit committee and external auditors. The unaudited interim report is scheduled for release by end-August 2026.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised by the Board to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
