Carpenter Technology (CRS) said late Tuesday Chief Executive Officer Tony Thene sold 109,283 shares of the company for estate and tax planning, as well as financial diversification purposes.
Thene, who is also chairman and president of the firm, continues to beneficially own 466,697 shares after the sale, according to its regulatory filing.
