Elite UK REIT Issues 30 Million Consideration Units for UK Property Purchase

Elite UK REIT (SGX:MXNU) issued around 30.1 million consideration units at 0.296 pounds apiece of Elite UK Commercial Fund III, as part payment for its acquisition of five government-leased properties across the UK.

Around 1.0 million units at 0.3112 pounds apiece were also issued to the manager as payment of the acquisition fee, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the issuances, the UK commercial property trust has about 668.5 million units in issue.

The new units will be listed from Aug. 28.
