Nvidia (NVDA) is providing a strong demand outlook that outshines modest gross margin headwinds, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Thursday.
The note pointed to Nvidia's unusual step of guiding a full year out, projecting some 70% revenue growth in 2028 amid ongoing supply constraints, against consensus of around 45% growth.
"Visibility appears to be extending even further based on purchase commitments," the report said.
The report said Rubin ramps off to a strong start and CPU revenue is on track to more than double next year, while customer diversification is continuing.
RBC reiterated its outperform rating and boosted its price target to $330 from $300.
