1532 ET - U.S. natural gas futures rise as solid LNG feedgas flows and some short-term weather-driven demand limit end-of-season storage estimates. A chilly system across the Great Lakes and Northeast in the next four to seven days favors heating demand, although overall weather patterns are bearish for most of the next two weeks, NatGasWeather.com says in a note. With this week's storage report likely to show a ninth consecutive below-average build, gains "are primarily viewed as being due to shrinking surpluses and decreasing end-of-injection-season estimates," the forecaster adds. Nymex natural gas settles up 3.7% at $3.2830/mmBtu.
