Samsung Electronics and SK hynix (SKHY) accepted the increase, which covers consumables and major replacement components, after discussions with ASML, the report said.

ASML is also discussing equipment price increases with major customers, the report said.

SK hynix said in an emailed statement to MT Newswires that it could not provide details on its supply chain.
